Day 25: How to Prepare for Re-entry

RAMADAN

The month ends. The default pace returns — usually quickly, often within hours. The question is not how to prevent that return, but what to carry into it before the momentum of ordinary life makes installation impossible.

Today, name what you are returning to. Not the aspirational version — the actual conditions. What is waiting. What pace, what demands, what relationships, what pressures.

Then identify one specific thing from this month — one practice, one condition, one capacity — that you want to be present in those conditions. Not a general intention to be better. A specific practice that can be maintained without Ramadan's container.

The transition out of this month is the moment what was learned is either installed into structure or lost to re-entry velocity. Today is the preparation for that transition.
