Day 28: How to Identify What This Month Confirmed Rather Than Changed

RAMADAN

A month of maintained practice does not produce a different person. It produces clearer information about the person who was already there. Some of that information is about what is flexible — what changed under different conditions. Some of it is about what is constant — what remained consistent regardless.

Today, name one thing that is constant. It can be a strength or a limitation. The point is that it showed up consistently across thirty days regardless of what else was happening. It was present on the hard days and the easy ones, early in the month and late.

Knowing what is constant is as useful as knowing what changed. The constant is the material you are always working with. Seeing it clearly — without elevation, without judgment — is accurate self-knowledge.
