HOW TO USE RAMADAN AS A RESET — A 30-DAY PRACTICAL GUIDE

For anyone willing to use the container, regardless of religion

RAMADAN

Before You Begin

Ramadan is a structure. Thirty days with a defined start, a defined end, and a specific set of conditions to maintain across the whole span. You do not have to be Muslim to use that structure. You do have to be deliberate.

Before day one, name what you are actually here for. Not the version you would say aloud. The actual reason — what you want to be clearer, quieter, or more accurate about by the time this month ends. Write it down somewhere private. Return to it on day fifteen when the motivation has faded and the end is not yet close enough to help.

Decide what your fast will be. Food is one option. It is not the only one. Some people reduce digital consumption. Some choose no unnecessary speech, no complaint, no judgment of others aloud. Some regulate sleep. Pick one practice you will maintain consistently for thirty days. Consistency matters more than the specific form.
