From the Editor's Desk

I’m not a fan of the word ‘’healing’’. It presents a paradox nowadays, a word both loaded and empty at the same time. I like soft music and scented candles but I’m allergic to vague, unmeasurable claims. I crave meaning but flinch at dogma. I am awed by the beauty in mystery, but also believe in peer-reviewed studies. I’m a lifetime student of psychological astrology but roll my eyes when someone says “vibration.”

If you’re standing at the threshold, like me, welcome…We’re here to explore. We’re not seeking gurus; we want change. This is where we ask the big questions—about consciousness, synchronicity, death, intuition, transcendence—without assuming answers. We translate ancient ideas into practical, psychological insight. We research works of neuroscientists, trauma therapists, philosophers, and data-backed practitioners.

I believe we can surrender to a higher power without surrendering our critical thinking.
