The Purpose of the Workshop:

-To transform all our close relationships, whether with lovers, family, or friends, so that they become sources of love and strength for us on our life path.

-To understand our own nature and physiology as social animals.

-To understand the function of bonding, a common characteristic of mammals, in nature and its impact on modern relationships.

-To understand what triggers our nervous system and how we react when we don't feel safe in our relationships.

- Becoming aware of subconscious conditioning and imprinting.

- Realizing how old relationships, which remain in the past but still haunt us, are reflected in our new relationships.

- Becoming aware of how we carry unresolved traumas and relationship patterns of our ancestors into our own relationships.

- Moving away from autopilot—destructive reactive behaviors and vicious cycles—in our relationships and toward conscious, open-hearted, and honest, emotion-focused communication.

We will learn how we carry the burden of the past into our relationships, what traumas are passed down from generation to generation, and how family constellations view relationship dynamics. We will map out the relationship traumas in our own families and examine their impact on our lives. We will connect with our ancestors for reconciliation with past relationships and learn rituals that you can practice on your own.

Countless generations, billions of people have come and gone from the earth before us; they have eaten the fruits and drank the waters that this planet has to offer. Women and men whose names we do not know have lived here, died, mixed with the soil, and turned into trees. They have looked at the same stars and the same Moon in the night sky that we look at. They have experienced war and love, happiness and sorrow. Although we sometimes forget, we are all actually connected. We all live and die in the dark and in the light, in the valleys and on the peaks. We merge into a great river and flow to the generations after us.als for reconciliation with past relationships that you can practice on your own.
